Cropped Crepe Du Chine Silk Slip - Light Madder Windows - Large

$60.00

This one-of-a-kind silk slip camisole is dyed with Madder Root - a plant that takes 3 years to mature and produces one of the most vibrant and enduring natural dyes.

Part of my “Madder Windows” series, this piece features a technique in which applying pressure to select areas of the fabric will resist the dye, creating this luminous window-like effect.

Made from Crepe Du Chine silk and sewn with silk thread, this garment is entirely natural. Crepe Du Chine silk has a gentle stretch, and it’s soft, lightweight feel makes it a dream to wear.

Free from plastics and synthetic chemicals, this piece is 100% compostable. When its journey with you is complete, it will return to the earth just as nature intended.
