Exchange Policy And Store Credit
Exchanges must be properly packaged and shipped to 1330 E St. Apt 3 Salida, CO 81201 within a week of receiving the package.
Exchanges must be agreed on before you ship them back.
The cost of the return shipping is your responsibility and we will ship agreed-upon exchanges for free.
Exchanges will be sent out once the package is received and its condition is verified. Please allow 1-3 business days to complete that process. If the product arrives damaged for any reason it will not be accepted for exchange and cannot be returned to the customer.
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:
Unexpected Fit [clothing only] - If something doesn’t fit like you imagined, but does match the provided measurements we may be able accept it as an exchange on a case by case basis. This includes: if we have another size of the same/similar product or a similarly priced product that you’re interested in.
Unnoticed Features - If something doesn’t look like you imagined, or has features that were shown in the product photos that you didn’t notice, we may be able accept it as an exchange on a case by case basis. This includes: if we have the same/similar product (this is RARE) or a similarly priced product that you’re interested in.
If you have questions whether an exchange is available or if store credit will be accepted please email us at imprintcollectiveco@gmail.com
Please keep in mind that making exchanges adds additional strain on the individual artist that made the piece and we simply don’t have the capacity that large corporations have. We ask for your patience and understanding on this matter.
If an exception must be made we’ll try our best to find a solution ~

Significant Deviations from Photos - We are very careful to take accurate pictures and do not touch up products or use AI to alter them in any way, nor do we hide imperfections by only publishing pictures from certain angles. If your product is proven to be significantly different from the photos, we will accept the return, but otherwise it must be generally understood that everything is made by artists and craftspeople and will each hold their own stories from the hands that have made it. See our exchange policy to explore other options.
